With wet hair and no make-up the 2008-09 girls water polo season has begun. From running the track and working the bleachers to swimming lap after lap. The girls are patiently learning what it means to work hard and the type of commitment that is necessary to be an athlete. Many have the bruises to show evidence of their repeated learning of what an up-n-out is as well as the aches and pains from the hours spent training their body.
The coaches are excited by what they have seen these first three days and are looking forward to the season ahead.
